The story of Fender's modular design began in 1946, and guitarists have been writing their own chapters ever since. Our pioneering bolt-on neck construction wasn't just about making guitars easier to service—it was about giving players the power to shape their sound. Today, every genuine Fender replacement neck carries that legacy forward, offering endless possibilities for customization, restoration, and reinvention.

Crafted at our Ensenada, Mexico facility, this genuine Fender® Telecaster® neck features an oversized “U”-shaped profile that's perfect for players seeking substantial feel and presence. At .990" at both the 1st and 12th frets, this is the largest neck profile in the Fender replacement neck lineup – built for those who demand maximum real estate.

Experience the undeniable appeal of roasted maple – naturally resistant to humidity changes while delivering enhanced sustain and a distinctive tonal character that adds depth to your instrument's voice. The rich, dark aesthetic is just the beginning, complemented by a satin urethane finish and rolled fingerboard edges that provide supreme comfort and a broken-in feel.

This replacement neck is for a Fender® or Squier® by Fender guitar.

Because Fender genuine replacement necks have not been mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Other installation processes may be required, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures. Your local FMIC Authorized Service Center can install genuine replacement necks; find Authorized Service Center locations near you in the “Support” section of fender.com.
