The DJM-V5 takes the essence of the DJM-V10 and condenses it into a more compact 3-channel unit. While physically smaller, it offers vast potential for creative mixing without compromise, even in DJ booths with limited space. You can utilise a range of more sophisticated effects, including updated filters and Send FX, to express yourself when playing with the DJM-V5 in any performance situation. And the built-in SonicLink transmitter, which uses AlphaTheta's exclusive ultra-low latency wireless technology, allows you to perform with greater freedom. Simply pair up your HDJ-F10 headphones and you can monitor your music wirelessly with minimal latency, opening up new possibilities for enjoying a complete and flexible mixing environment.

Smooth mixing in a compact design
Mix intuitively and creatively on the 3-channel DJM-V5, even in DJ booths with limited space. The mixer inherits the layout, tactile feel, and many features of the DJM-V10 – including the 4-band EQ, compressor, filter, and Send FX – but has a 30% smaller footprint. You can precisely control levels with the 60-mm longthrow channel faders from the DJM-V10-LF with Soft Mix Curve for subtle high-frequency attenuation to create smoother, more natural blends.
High-resolution, warm sound quality
Building on the acclaimed high-resolution warm sound of the DJM-V10, the DJM-V5 delivers well-balanced mixing that avoids sonic saturation – even when you layer multiple audio sources. It features studiograde 96 kHz / 64-bit mixing DSP processing, with high-quality 32-bit A/D and D/A converters from ESS. Technology built into the channel input and master output sections.
Creative freedom with a variety of effects
Add texture to your music with 6 types of expressive Send FX: Short Delay, Reverb, Shimmer, Tape Echo, PingPong, and Echo-Verb. Each channel features a dedicated send knob so you can intuitively adjust the amount of effect applied to individual tracks. There’s also a dedicated fi lter knob on every channel with 3 selectable modes: low-pass, high-pass, and the newly added cross-pass.
Built-in SonicLink transmitter
The DJM-V5 is the fi rst mixer to feature a built-in SonicLink transmitter, enabling comfortable, low-latency wireless monitoring when paired with compatible headphones.
PRO DJ LINK support
By connecting the DJM-V5 to compatible DJ players – such as the CDJ-3000X or CDJ-3000 – and rekordbox via PRO DJ LINK, you can apply effects precisely in time with the BPM and use Link Cue. And you have the option to load your personal mixer settings from a USB device or rekordbox in an instant.
Extensive connectivity
Connect the rear USB Type-C terminal to a PC/Mac running rekordbox for Mac/Windows or Serato DJ Pro*1 and use features such as DVS control. The multi-device compatible MULTI I/O also features a toppanel USB Type-C port so you can connect an iPhone or iPad*2 to use DJM-REC or RMX-1000 for iPad, or connect the RMX-IGNITE with a single USB cable. The unit also supports insert connections with an external effector via USB send/return.
*You’ll need a separate license to use Serato DJ Pro.
