The Venu 208i is an ultra-compact active subwoofer featuring dual 8" drivers and designed to provide complete system management in a discreet and versatile format. Its 600 W amplifier module (300 W LF + 2 x 150 W full-range outputs) enables it to power up to four satellite enclosures, including the Cyclone 4, Cyclone 55 and Indigo 6s.

With a frequency response of 42 Hz – 120 Hz (±3 dB) and a maximum peak SPL of 125 dB, the Venu 208i ensures tight, clean and distortion-free bass performance, ideal for commercial or residential settings. The integrated DSP platform, accessible via Ethernet, offers precise control over crossover, dynamics and EQ.

The cabinet, crafted from 15 mm birch plywood with a textured Warnex finish, supports wall and ceiling mounting via yoke or type 75 brackets and fits easily into small spaces thanks to its extremely compact footprint.

Integrated 600 W amplifier with dedicated mid-high outputs

The 600 W amplifier module provides 300 W for the subwoofer and two 150 W outputs at 4 Ω, allowing you to power up to four passive mid-high loudspeakers in parallel. This setup enables the creation of compact and complete sound systems without the need for external amplifiers, streamlining installation and reducing both cost and footprint.

6th order bandpass configuration for extended and controlled frequency response

Two 8" high-excursion transducers in 6th order bandpass configuration, a type of driver loading in which the driver is completely enclosed in a chamber, and the sound only exits through one or more ports (reflex ports). This serves to maximise efficiency and low frequency extension in a small volume, and in this case the result is a deep and controlled frequency response down to 42 Hz, ideal for applications where space and performance must coexist.
