The OLED display at the top of SLAB provides real-time information on integration status and parameter values, ensuring exceptional clarity even in low-light studio environments. Touch-sensitive encoders deliver fast, accurate adjustments for a seamless and professional workflow.

Multicolor LED Pads for Intuitive, Instrument-Like Performance

SLAB captures every nuance of your expressive play. Its 16 Performance Pads are highly sensitive and responsive, supporting velocity and aftertouch for dynamic, natural control. With a simple press of the four dedicated buttons above the pads, you can switch between operational modes, including Pad FX, where four types of effects are vertically assigned to the pads and up to four can be layered simultaneously. This lets you apply effects directly during production and hear changes in real time, expanding your creative possibilities.

Precise Control with Stems Level

When using SLAB with Serato-compatible software—Studio, Sample, and DJ Pro—you can fine-tune the volume of individual elements within a track, such as vocals, melody, drums, and bass, using the Stems Level feature. Previously, adjusting these levels required separate tracks; now, SLAB’s four touch-sensitive encoders let you do it directly from the hardware. This direct control is also a game-changer for DJ performances with Serato DJ Pro, enabling advanced combinations of EQ adjustments and stem manipulation.

Seamless Integration with Serato Applications for Any Production Setup

SLAB goes beyond Serato Studio: it also supports Serato Sample and Serato DJ Pro. With its flexible MIDI mode, you can connect your favorite DAW and take advantage of Serato Sample’s high-quality sampler for an even smoother and more creative workflow.
