The Dragon-KXT18P loudspeakers are among the largest-format tri-axial point source systems in the K-array Dragon portfolio, designed for high-demand live sound and club applications where premium output, precise control, and powerful low-frequency performance must complement the installation environment without compromise.

Built with tri-axial architecture, the Dragon-KXT18P combines strength, precision, and controlled directivity in a robust birch plywood enclosure. It features an 18" neodymium woofer, a 4" mid-frequency compression driver, and a 2.5" high-frequency compression driver, delivering a 48 Hz – 18 kHz frequency response with up to 144 dB peak SPL, providing impactful, detailed sound in a compact footprint for its size.

For full-range performance, the Dragon-KXT18P can be used as a standalone speaker, stacked, or configured in vertical or horizontal clusters with dedicated accessories for extended coverage in medium to large venues.

The Dragon family represents a powerful and compact range of point source systems featuring coaxial, triaxial and Spixel technology, combining exceptional performance with an iconic design. KXT: Triaxial Design

Featuring an advanced triaxial configuration with an additional midrange driver aligned on a single acoustic axis, the Dragon-KXT12P and KXT18P deliver true point-source performance with a minimal footprint. This innovative design eliminates phase interference to guarantee a focused, uniform sound field and exceptional vocal clarity even at high SPLs. The result is a clean, controlled sonic signature, making it the perfect solution for environments demanding high-definition audio and seamless architectural integration without compromising on power.

Precise and Flexible Coverage

They feature a rotatable horn with fixed coverage of 60°× 40°. The enclosure design is specifically engineered to enable tight horizontal and vertical clustering. The shape and waveguide contribute to smooth acoustic coupling between units, ensuring uniform sound dispersion and consistent coverage, especially in the near field.

KX12 I & KX2: Compact form & EBS Control

KX12 I and KX2 are a compact point source systems with optimized directivity, designed for standalone use or array configurations. When used in arrays, they supports EBS (Electronic Beam Steering) technology, enabling precise electronic control of dispersion. Each unit contributes to a focused, coherent coverage, minimizing reflections and ensuring consistent SPL across the listening area. This makes the KX2 ideal for applications requiring high intelligibility, accurate coverage, and clean integration. KX12 I is perfect for high SPL applications.

Dragon-KX2: Spixel Technology

Based on an innovative full-range trasducer of 2” and engineered to deliver exceptional efficiency, remarkable low-frequency extension and impressive SPL performance. KX2 is designed for scalable array configurations and ensures precise directivity in an extremely compact format.
