This year Void Acoustics return to Prolight+Sound, the international trade show for event technology, held at Messe Frankfurt GmbH. Void is exhibiting next week from 10 – 13 April so if you’re planning on attending, do come and see us at Booth C65 (Hall 3, Level 1) for a preview of several new products.
New products include Node the series - a range of passive and self-powered, multi-purpose loudspeakers; and the eagerly anticipated single and double 18” subwoofers, Arcline 118 and 218, to complement our incredibly popular Arcline 8 medium format array speaker that we released last year.
Co-founders Alex Skan (Managing Director) and Rog Mogale (Creative Director) look forward to the new products making their debut appearance at the show. For Alex, “these latest developments serve as further testament to our R&D team continually pushing the boundaries and expectations within the audio industry”. Rog confirms that “every detail in the behind-the-scenes creative process has resulted in a series of new product offerings to confidently complement our ever-expanding portfolio”.
In addition to this first-time reveal of the innovative wedges and subs, Void will also showcase some brand favourites in touring and installation offerings: the Arcline 8, the Air range, including Air Vantage, Air Motion, Air Stream and Air 8.
New Bias amplifier models
Void will also be introducing new amplifier models at the show: Bias Q5, Q2 and D1. A further refinement of the very successful Bias range sees the introduction of three new amplifier products. The Q5 4 x 5000 Watt into 2 ohm load leads the new range. Capable of being driven from a very wide range of supply sources, including single, dual or three phase supply with an input voltage requirement of 85 VAC up to 440 VAC. The Q2 (4 x 1200 Watt) and D (2 x 800 Watt), Dante enabled amplifiers are designed to work with lo-Z (from 2 ohms) and with 70V/100V distributed lines; any mixed configuration of low and high impedance output loads can be realised, making them suitable for all application in installed sound reinforcement systems.
