In 1928 was born in the United States, the first American manufacturer of electric guitars: KAY GUITARS. KAY GUITARS created by guitars and basses sound and the unmistakable look that made fall in love fathers of blues and rock in the years when these rose to international prominence. Musicians like Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney and Eric Clapton were among those who, first of all, were charmed by the unique sound of these instruments, choosing to write pages of music history now indelible. Today, thanks to a partnership with the Fritz Brother Guitars, these historic and inimitable models are again available in the prestigious Reissue versions. Roger Fritz was responsible for Gibson’s Dobro in Nashville and the production supervisor for the division of Gibson’s Bluegrass. Later she founded the Fritz Brother Guitars, a company that has created guitars and basses customshop to George Harrison, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and other famous artists. The Fritz Brother Guitars has since become part of KAY GUITARS Company for the deployment of overseas KAY REISSUE VINTAGE SERIES and is the only company that manufactures the Kay Vintage Series Reissus and their versions Limited Custom Shop made in USA. Again it is pure vintage.
